No. Our licenses are not contract-based. You may cancel your account any time you want.
All fees are displayed in Canadian currency. Depending on your credit card provider, the fees may be converted in the currency assigned to your card at the daily CAD exchange rate. You will be charged at the beginning of each period until canceled.
Yes! You can upgrade anytime just choose your favorite plan in the admin panel.
Upon request, we will issue a refund at the moment of the request for all upcoming periods. If you are on a monthly plan, we will stop charging you at the end of your current billing period. If you are on a yearly plan, we will refund amounts for the remaining months.
